At this time, we are pleased to announce that IRI Commerce & Technology Inc.(abbreviated below as IRI-C&T) and IID Inc. have joined forces as of 1 June 2010, and are hereby beginning with a fresh start.
This new company will go by the name IID Incorporated, and will inherit the standing brands of the former IID.
The management and staff of both companies are unified in our commitment, to combine our business efforts, to meet the diverse needs of our customers, and to achieve the growth required to provide additional services in the future.
